I have two layers, a correct and an incorrect. They both have the same settings, "hide objects on base layer." Yet, on the "correct" slide, the base layer objects show. I have even duplicated the "incorrect" layer and modified the items on it, but still, the "correct" layer displays the base layer objects, the incorrect does not.
In my timeline, for both layers, the objects are hidden.
Ah, solved. When the correct layer is triggered I also trigger a Next button on the base layer (so that when/if the user wants to close the correct window they can still proceed). I moved the order of the triggers, display Next button then display the correct overlay and this fixed the problem.
Glad to hear it, Amy! Thanks for the update and let us know if you need help again either here in E-Learning Heroes or by reaching out to our Support Team!
