Basic Power Point Slides with arrows etc

Hi everyone,

This is my first time in the E-Learning Heroes community, so Hi. 

I am looking to transfer some basic PowerPoint slides with simple arrows pointing to key places with a basic commentary box next to the arrow.

I am looking for a template to make this a much more interesting experience for my learners.  Any help, support or guidance would be very much appreciated.
