Hi, I have a video (115mb) which we would like to play (held within Storyline file). This is currently on slide 2 after an intro slide.
We're having issues where it will just 'hang' i.e. when ready to go onto this slide the loading spinner shows and then takes ages until it goes onto the slide with the video.
Is there anything I can do to make this process better?
Break it into dozens of smaller videos, and put each on a separate slide. Break it where there is a natural break in the speaking or action. As long as the slide looks the same, the video is the same size and location, and there are no animations or transitions involved, the viewer will think it is all one video, and you won't have this buffering problem.
