I have a number of slides where during the narration/script, I have the speaking character (photo cutouts from eLearning Art or e-Learning Brothers) change slightly, such as going from appearing to be talking to listening. I am trying to determine the best way to make the change appear smoothly. I have been using the Fade In and Fade Out animations and also experimenting with a slight overlap in the timeline so that the first object does not disappear before the other one look appears. Anyone out there able to perfect this transition so it looks as near to natural as possible with static images?
