Hi Barbara! 

I'm sorry to see that you're experiencing this in Storyline. 

Do you know what version of Storyline you are using?

(You can find this out by going to: Help > About Articulate Storyline )

It might be a situation that you need to update to the most recent update in order to view your project correctly. 

Another suggestion I've seen in the forum posts is to import your slides to a brand new Storyline project file. I've attached a link to a document that gives you step-by-step instructions. It could be helpful to start with a fresh project file!
