I have been trying to use the Articulate app for iPad but I get a black screen everytime I open the app. I see this mentioned in the iTunes store. Is there a solution?
I heard that from a few users recently when the updated the app, and a simple reboot of the iPad seemed to resolve it. Can you give that a try and then let us know?

Rebooting does not solve the issue. Reinstalling the app doesn't solve it either.

In case anyone else has this issue - updating my iPad's iOS to 8.3 resolved the problem. Thanks for the support.

Update your software can fix black screen on iPad. Or you can update your iOS system to try.
Thanks Irene for sharing that idea here - and just so that folks know the latest updates would be Storyline 2 update 11 and iOS 10.2.
