blank and empty slide when revisiting course (bookmark resume)

Hi,
I have a group of storyline projects built from powerpoint, added triggers and quizzes with no problem. Bookmarking and resuming is working as expected for almost all courses.....
For some of it, I get some problem when revisiting and resuming: I am presented an empty slide, only the title, the seekbar and the next button.
Nothing plays no action is triggered even if clicking on the next button or the play button....
Courses are built all the same way and this happens only on a couple of it; entering the course, see a few slides, quitting, resuming.....blank page :(
no matter which lms environment, same behaviour in reload-player, scorm cloud, docebo and others.
Any hint?

Hi Dixie,
I'm sorry to hear about the behavior with your courses and thanks for sharing the screenshot. Are you seeing this on the same slides and within the same courses or is it sporadic? It looks like it's reloading the page and not bringing up the content? Have you looked at what browser version you're using? You'll want to confirm you're using one of the options here.
If you're still experiencing difficulty, can you share the .story file and let us know what slides you're leaving the course on or what slides you're not seeing so that we can try and replicate it?

Hardware requirements are enough, I've tested leaving at different sildes with different browsers always getting the same error. Cours is fine at first visit, problems when revisiting.
Tested leaving at slide 2, slide 7, slide 12, just as an example.
Tested on windows, Firefox version 39, Chrome version 43, on mac osx firefox version 39, chrome version 43, safari version 8

If you'd prefer to share it privately you can send it along to us here, and please let us know how you're publishing and where you're hosting the published output so that we can try and replicate the behavior.

Just following up Dixie, it looks like Robert was able to resolve the issue you were experiencing in your file. Please feel free to let us know if you need anything else.
So, what was the issue and how was it resolved? I'm experiencing a similar issue, i.e., resuming to a blank content screen and the interface buttons don't work.

It looks like it was specific to Dixie's file and Robert did some work within it. I don't have any specifics to share on that here - but if you're still struggling with the set up we're always happy to take a look. Mine seems to be stuck on a blank slide as well in the branched Pediatric section. Just wondering if you can help and remove this attachment once you see it. It is slide 1.22 that leads to a blank screen, even though I didn't set it up that way. Thank you!

I took a peek at your file, and I saw the same thing you described. I'm curious, was this file created in Storyline 360, or was it originally created in an earlier version and upgraded to Storyline 360?

It was a PPT that I imported into Articulate 360. I've never had this happen before so not sure what to do. Thanks!

Also, I noticed you'd like to remove your file attachment from your earlier post. Simply click here to open the thread, then click Edit under the file attachment. From there you can remove the file attachment and click Update Reply.

we are working with articulate 360 for quite a while and just for some weeks this very same issue came up to us too. Our users complain that in some courses the slides show up blank when they revisit the course. When they restart the course it's fine again but they loose the progress they had (and have to do the whole course again). It is something that appears random. Never the same course, older files, new files.. We have no clue.
I don't know if this is a problem with the articulate file or with our LMS. If there is some bugfix already I would be glad if you share it here.
We'll be happy for any advice.

What version of Storyline 360 are you using? You can find this detail by clicking on the Help tab, then About Storyline. Also, would you mind sharing your .story file so I can take a closer look at the behavior? You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by using this upload link. I'll test it in another LMS environment, and will delete it when we solve this puzzle!
