The "resume course" dialog box in my course has been showing up blank for the most part. The text that asks the user to resume the course is missing/blank. The "Yes" and "No" buttons show up and function properly.
I have made sure the text is not white in the Player settings (notification window colors) and also reset the text labels as well but with no success. Would there be something else overriding these settings?
Sorry, I forgot to include those details. I am using Storyline 2, update 11. It is Flash-based output on our LMS (SumTotal). We are using a custom frame.swf, so I am researching if that could be the culprit.
My client actually wants the course to always auto resume so I will not be needing the resume dialog box. Problem solved! :) The resume box comes up fine in other courses with our custom frame.swf, so who knows what happened with this course. Thank you again for your help!
