Blank Screen

I published and loaded to my LMS a course with the HTML5 option checked.

When I access the course on a PC I have no problems,  When I try to access on my iPad, I get a page with an image of the first slide and a blue PLAY button, when I click on the play button I get a black screen.  I can hear the audio, but no images, text, etc.

How are you viewing the content on your iPad? Are you using Safari or the Articulate Mobile Player?

You might want to take a look at this tutorial and this knowledge base article to ensure that your HTML5 content will work properly on the LMS.
