Blank screen appearing randomly.

Hi,

When accessing an i-learn and leaving a slide open for a couple of minutes the page goes blank. We have to come out of the i-learn and go back in to carry on. Is there any timeout that could be triggering this to happen? Please find screenshots attached. First we get the blank screen then when trying to refresh we get the 'invalid' message.

We have asked our LMS provider to extend the time-out to 60 minutes but the issue still occurs when leaving it only a couple of minutes. Is there anything in Articulate that would cause this issue?

Hi Issa!

I'm happy to lend a hand here. First, can you tell me what version of Storyline you're using?  To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. If you're on the latest version of Storyline 360, you should see 3.17.16188.0 in the bottom-right corner. 

Next, I'd like to test your course in another LMS environment to see if the same problem happens there. SCORM Cloud is a handy tool for this kind of testing since it's industry standard.
