I am encountering a problem on Articulate Storyline after publishing my project. the screen goes blank without any navigation. does anybody have any solution?
Hi, Umer -- So so sorry to hear of your difficulties! Can you please ensure that you are testing your published output in the intended environment? You may also want to run through the troubleshooting steps listed here and let us know if you find improvement.
If issues persist, please upload your file here in the thread so we are able to run some testing for you, as well.
