I am having severe issues with Storyline. I have uninstalled and downloaded the latest version but the login screen comes up blank when I try and login. I have a project due and I have to get this working. Anyone???? See image.
I am so sorry that you are running into a roadblock here. I see that you are working closing with our Support Engineer Mark. You are in good hands, and I want to encourage you to keep at it with him!
