Blank Tan screen -HTML5

Hi,

We are facing some issues in one of the course developed in Storyline (HTML5 output for iPad).

As and when I click on any pop-up, the screen flashes to a blank tan screen before advancing to the next stage.

The same thing happens in assessment while advancing to next stage question.

It’s a bit challenging to go back to previous slides, there’s a delay and the screen flashes at times.

Any pointers would be helpful.
