I'm testing a course prototype for iPad delivery. Works perfect on the PC and ScormCloud. The client uploaded to their LMS for me to test on my iPad. When I get to a question bank, I get a blank white screen. Where do I start to troubleshoot this error?
Sorry this is occurring! Since you mentioned that it worked well when testingĀ usingĀ SCORM Cloud, that would indicate it's most likely an LMS specific issue. I would recommend reaching out to the LMS for further investigation and insight. Keep us posted here on how that goes! :)
