I am working on storyline 2 and I am facing an issue: When a slide transitions automatically to a previous slide a blink animation appears. I am attaching the sanitised version of my module. Can you please help me with this. Thanks!
Thanks for including your file, Megha. When I previewed the slides, I didn't notice a "blink" during transitions. Take a look at this recording of my testing--is that what you are seeing, too?
Hi there, Megha. I believe I see what you're describing in the HTML5 output of your course. I noticed the flicker using either the previous or next arrows that you have set to jump to the corresponding slides.
The flash output of that course did not flicker. If you are using:
Internet Explorer 8 or later
Google Chrome (latest version)
Firefox (latest version)
or Safari 7 or later
...you should see the flash output as long as Flash Player is enabled in those browsers. If Flash Player is not enabled, the course will fallback to the HTML5 output in Google Chrome and in Safari, and that is the environment where you'll see the flicker.
