Sorry to hear you're coming across this issue! A few questions to help troubleshoot:

  • What version of Storyline are you using, and are you on the latest version?
  • Does the blurriness occur in preview/publish, or both?
  • Have you tried deleting that answer option and recreating it to see if that fixes the issue?
