I'm currently using Articulate Storyline 360 and when I add screen captures to a slide they seem blurry or fuzzing. What can I do to resolve this? Just can't figure it out...
Ideally, any images/screen captures should be the same size as the .story file's dimensions. Images/screen caps that are larger, will be scaled down and that reduces image quality.
When I looked at this link - I am not seeing anything that speaks to video blurriness or how to correct it. Wondering if the link changed? Trying to understand how best to correct blurriness on screen recording.
It's possible the link has changed. When you publish your file, you can select the Quality properties to adjust your Video quality.
If you're still running into blurriness issues after adjusting the quality, feel free to share your file with our support team and they can take a closer look.

Also, the preview quality may be a little lower than the published quality, so publish the course to see the final output.
You can also adjust the default publish quality settings. Watch the video on this page, from 7:30 min-8:50 min.
Thanks, Tom!

Thanks for including the tutorial and did review the quality options.
