Blurred Screen Recordings

Hi there,

I have been trying to find a definitive answer to this issue on many discussion boards, however I have yet to find an accurate fix.

I am recording screens the exact size of my story, publishing settings are at the highest quality for images and videos, I'm testing in the published version only and the quality is incredibly poor. 

I have seen numerous posts about this issue so I cannot understand why Articulate are not addressing this!

I would love to hear about a possible solution as my recordings seem to fade in and out of focus.

I was having this same issue and I think I've found a solution for now.  I took a screen recording in Storyline 360 and imported it as a single video.  The unedited single video was extremely blurry.  As soon as I edited the video in Storyline and trimmed off a few seconds, the video cleared up.  In most cases, the default trimming settings (~1 second off the front and end of the video) worked for me and didn't affect what I was trying to show.

I do hope for a permanent fix to this though so I don't have to trim all my videos moving forward.

We've fixed the issue reported where: Screen recording video output is blurry when published/previewed.

Be sure to install the latest Storyline 360 update (Build 3.50.24668.0) to take advantage of all the recent features and fixes.
