I'm updating modules I created with Captivate originally. Text is not sharp in SL360 compared to very sharp text in Captivate.
My current project is published as a video. In the video output, blurring applies not just to text but the video, in general, is not sharp.
Just to be clear, this is SL publishing video from the slides so the workaround where you swap video files in the published output does not apply - the original video is the SL generated video.
Are you importing in Captivate videos and republishing them in Storyline, or do you have other files you're incorporating?
I'd start by reviewing the best practices outlined here to have the best display. Let me know if that helps or if you're still running into a blurry output!
