I need advice on how to resolve the blurred images and screen recordings that appear on my storyboard even before publishing. Is there a setting I need to amend? Please could someone urgently guide me.

Media may appear blurry if the story size is different from the image/recording dimensions.
I recommend to save this file and then open a new Storyline file. In the new one, adjust the slide size to match the media and then import the images and recording. Let me know if that helps!

I am also having this issue. Screen recordings were taken at full screen from within the story file so they are neither larger nor smaller than the story size.
Sounds like blurry images have been an issues for years now and although there have been fixes along the way, it's still happening.
