Have there been any updates or solutions on the blurry logo issues, when added to the player (top left of screen)??
I've read through posts going back years but can't find a fix.
Our logo is displaying blurred and looks really quite unprofessional :-( . You can certainly see a difference in quality between the logo image and images on the slides.
Thanks for checking in. This is something I reported to our team as a possible software bug, and we've worked on a fix for Storyline 360 that should be available in the next update. I'll keep you posted here with any additional update on that!
We released an update for Storyline 360 this AM, which fixed an issue where white lines could appear around slides and the logo might be blurry when a course scaled to fill the browser window.
Take a look at the details here to install the latest update.
Please let us know if you have any questions, either here or by reaching out to our Support Engineers directly.
One of the things that also helped was making sure that the logo graphic was 220x200 and 72dpi. I was exporting at a higher dpi, and that was causing reduction fuzziness.

Hi there, have you seen the work around suggested towards the end of page 2 of this thread: https://community.articulate.com/discussions/articulate-storyline/logo-image-in-menu-is-fuzzy?page=2
Someone has suggested that the logo files can be replaced post publish. I haven't tried it myself but might be worth a look.

Great, thanks all! I'll try all of the above! :-)
