Thanks to Glenn Simsek for his easy panorama slider (going back 2 years)- lovely simple solution.
I'm trying to use a similar solution to show a process using a slider - the thumb of the slider is an image of our process - was looking like an an ideal solution but for some reason the image goes blurry when the mouse isn't over the image.

We do have this reported to our team since we were able to replicate this behavior.
I wanted to share some information on how we define bugs and how we tackle them when they occur.
That being said, it looks like that one was specific to Storyline 3, so I'll do some testing for Storyline 360 and add this thread for user impact and so that we can update you here when we can.

Here is similar example of the issue with a bitmap slider thumb being blurry (at least in HTML5)
