I've seen that this topic has been raised previously but I can't seem to find a solution to it. I recorded a number of screen recordings using the same settings. Some of them are blurry and some of them aren't. Some of them were blurry but when I added a zoom layer they became clear but this didn't work on all of them.
Hello, Alison. I'm sorry you're seeing some inconsistency between files! With your permission, I'd like to investigate what's happening in your .story files. You can share a good example and a bad example publicly here, or use this upload form to share it with me privately. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
Storyline makes a video of scrolling /mouse movements etc. And when publishing, the video is compressed :(. Frustrating that storyline don't give the option to not compress at all!
Solution: export the screencasting clips via finetuning. For further instructions look at the solution in this thread:
