blurry screencast

Looking for some guidance. I am not that experienced with Storyline, so it's quite possible that the problem I am experiencing is an easy fix.
I am working on a project where I am needing to create some screencasts. I create the screencast - no problems there, but when I preview the slide it is quite blurry.
When I click on the slide, the image of the screencast is clear for a short second, and then blurs out.
Any thoughts as to what I might be doing wrong. I would appreciate any help you can provide.

Are you experiencing the same thing when publishing your course?
You could also look into changing the publish quality settings:
You'll find this in the Properties section of the Publish window, where you can make any last-minute changes to your course player, or change the compression settings Storyline uses when publishing.
