I am still having some issues with blurry screens in Storyline 1. I am attaching a couple screen captures, hoping someone can point me in the right direction as to what is going on here.
When I view a screen at regular size it looks blurry, but when I zoom in to 200% it looks fine.
It looks like the way you grabbed your screenshots, ideally you grab them at the resolution you plan to display them. I would also use png or gif as your capture format
Here is an update. I noticed yesterday that when I am working in Storyline, adding hotspots, shapes, etc the screen captures look great. As soon as I preview the screen or layer, the text on the screen capture becomes very blurry. The same thing happens when I publish. Any thoughts on this?
Unfortunately there is a block on my email that won’t let me send the file. Can I try and send the file from another email address? John.hancock@gmail.com

Hi John
what DPI setting do you have? SL requires 96DPI.
Also, are you previewing or is that your published file you are looking at?
Hi Wendy,
It is set at 96dpi. That is a previewed screen but it looks the same when I publish it.
Thanks
Sorry John just saw your other post referring to blurry screen captures I misunderstood and thought it was blurry text.
