Blurry when Published

I'm having an issue where items I include in my presentation appear fine in the Storyline preview but end up extremely blurry when published.  Some more than others.  I've attached a screenshot from the preview and the same shot from the published version.  Is there a way to fix this or at least know ahead of time that it's going to happen.

Hi, Dan. Very sorry for the trouble!

Our team is seeing this, too. In step-by-step screen recording slides, the recording looks blurry until the mouse click. After the mouse click, the screen looks sharp again. I'll keep this discussion updated with any new information!

While we continue to work on fixing this problem, we're happy to test your .story file to explore some custom approaches. If you're able to share the project, please use this private upload link. We'll let you know what we find and will delete the file after.

Great news!  We just released another update for Storyline 360, and included a few important fixes that you'll see in the release notes here.  

The item you'll be interested in is:

Screen recordings could be blurry when inserted as view mode step-by-step slides.

Just launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for Storyline 360. Details here.
