This "bookmarking" concept is completely new to me despite dozens of successful published lessons.
I'm being asked to ensure learners who stop partway through their lesson, can resume where they left off. I have experience with a couple LMS's but I've never been asked this.
My LMS support group has not yet provided me with any documentation as to their request. So I'm asking my "Hero Network" here. Any help out there? Thanks!
This can be achieved by enabling the resume feature on Storyline 360 before you publish the course and upload it to your LMS. You can check this article to help you with the resume behavior.
You may also need to check the resume settings on the LMS you're using to see if there are some options you need to change there as well.
This is absolutely perfect! I had been asked to ensure my files included this. I told them it had always worked correctly before without my setting anything, but I couldn't find where to confirm it was a default.
