I am having an issue with bookmarking. I've done it before with no problem, so I'm starting to think the issue is with the LMS. It is not saving progression, and the student is restarting every time. I've attached the settings I typically use in Storyline 2. Please help.
Your settings all look good - thanks for sharing those screenshots. Have you done any testing in SCORM Cloud yet? If so, are you getting the same results? We generally compare the behavior in SCORM Cloud to your LMS experience to try to parse out file issues versus LMS issues.
If your course works properly in SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, I'd recommend that you open a support case with your LMS provider to troubleshoot the issue. They’ll know how best to help with LMS-specific problems.
