Bookmarking with Storyline and Moodle

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but bookmarking isn't working properly for me.
I published my Storyline course with the Resume option set to "Prompt to Resume." When I upload to Moodle (2.6.1), the bookmark works the first time a user exits the course, but if they exit a second time, it returns them to the beginning.
I've tried it with the setting "When running in LMS, ignore Flash cookie" checked and unchecked. I also changed the SCORM Moodle setting to "force completion" based on a recommendation I saw in these forums. None of these options have helped.
I would greatly appreciate any tips you have! Thanks!

Hi Patty,
Does Moodle have any other settings that could be overriding this set up? You may want to look at these troubleshooting steps here as well to test your content in another LMS environment.
Thanks, Ashley. I tried it in the SCORM cloud and it worked okay, so I'm guessing it's a Moodle issue. Unfortunately, I've tried the recommended fixes and they don't work for me.
