I just created a test via "graded question" tab in storyline. When I preview the slides -every slide that I made has a border missing around the correct answer. When I click on the correct answer in preview the border shows back up.
seems like your states are buggy. Try the format painter and overwrite the button states from a working button. Or recreate the buttons and look if that works for you or if the problem still exists. I guess you copied a slide and made changes to the answers. So the original slide had this issue and now all your slides have this issue.
