I'm just trying a brief test to see what the responsive player does in SL3 for an iPhone. My normal courses have navigation bars in the lower right corner. When I publish the course in SL3 and run on an iPhone, when I try to touch the navigation buttons at the bottom, the bottom Safari browser bar comes up and blocks them.
Thanks for letting us know what's going on. I tried to recreate this in a Storyline 3 file on my iPhone iOS 10.3.1, but I still need your help. Could you send a screenshot of the Safari browser bar covering the navigation buttons? Also, what iOS are you running?
Attached are a couple of shots. I can do the drag-up to get full screen, but as soon as I try to touch the buttons right at the bottom of the screen, the browser bar reappears and the buttons do not click.
I am still on iOS 9.3.5, have been refusing the upgrade :-) I will try on another phone shortly.
It sounds like you might have tried to attach screenshots via email, but they didn't come through. Instead, click the View button in the email, and attach the images directly in the thread using the Add Attachment button.
Thanks for sending over the screenshots. We'll want to take a closer look at your file settings, so I've opened a support case for you (10172760). You can send your file directly to your case through this form. We'll give it a test and reach out shortly!

I know the feeling, Dane. 😉

Here are the attachments. Sorry for the confusion.
Also the same things happens on iOS 10 from what I could see.
