Merci d'avance,

Cordialement

Hi!

Are you using an embedded video from a website or have you imported a .mp4 file?

If you're using a .mp4 file, it's possible to start the timeline when the video starts. I've attached a sample file to get you started!

If you're using an embedded video from a website, you won't be able to override the player controls in Storyline 360.

Hi ! thanks for getting back to me. I still have some issues... please find attached a video of it.

I found a way to :

- Display a layer with a PLAY button at the very beginning of the slide ( the timeline is still running)

- Then, the timeline start again automatically from the beginning when the user click on the PLAY button on a layer. At the same time, the layer for the PLAY button disappear. But I still can't let the timeline visible for users because if they want to go back at 1 sec or 2 secs for exemple, the video is ending too early... It's the same on your file.

Also for my project, when I go back at 2 secs for exemple, the layer displays again, I don't know why ! The timeline is running, my layer is on and so, my video is on pause...

So I think I have to choose :

- Option 1 : Put a play button but remove the timeline for the user so he can't control anything

- Option 2 : Start the video automatically and display the timeline so the users can go back at the beginning / go forward
