I'm setting up a quiz with 2 attempts. If the learner gets the first try wrong, I want them to "remediate" from the try again layer to the slide that reviews the quiz question, then go back to the quiz and attempt the question 1 more time, before receiving the "correct or incorrect" layer.
Hi, Katie -- Thanks for reaching out here! May I ask if you might be able to share a file if you have one started so that others can offer their ideas and insights on how to accomplish what you have in mind? Or perhaps you might find it useful to reach out over in our design-related Building Better Courses forum here, as well.
I've attached the file! I want the learner to have 2 tries; if they get it wrong the first time, the try again layer will take them to review a slide, then I have a button to return to quiz. Upon returning, SL should know that they have 1 chance left.
Using a slide layer to display the reviewed slide is a good approach; however, you have to make sure to also edit this slide layer if changes are made to the original content slide.

Hi Katie Evans,
Please take the attached .story file, for the solution you are looking after. There are 2 examples demonstrated in the attachment.
Hope this helps.
Hi Padmakar,
Thank you! That's a great suggestion to use another slide layer and copy the slide onto it.

Thanks Karen - although this thread is a bit older, it's always good to have additional ideas and insight.
