If I'm understanding your first question correctly, you're wanting to add a logo for your company in your Storyline course, through Articulate Mobile Player. Is that right? Unfortunately, it's not possible to "brand" the app itself. Also, the logo feature isn't available in the mobile app.
The second question is a little trickier. You can view the content outside of the Articulate Mobile Player, but it is not suggested. There are restrictions in Safari, etc. that may cause some issues with your course.
I posted this a couple of weeks ago. Its a tutorial that shows you how to create a mobile app for any device. Although the author is using Captivate, I'm sure you can still use the HTML5 output from storyline to accomplish the same thing
There are a couple of other obstacles as well though. To create and distribute your own iOS mobile apps you will need a developer's certificate ($99 a year). Also it might struggle with large files.
Still it would be interesting if Articulate could consider offering a whitelabel service for AMP. I know some of my clients are not receptive to develop for AMP because of branding (i.e. they would prefer if they could include their company logo and title - even if that effectively means higher costs, a copy-app, and an Apple Developer account).

To get a better idea of what features are supported for mobile courses, please take a look at this article.
Thanks!
