Bringing Articulate users from one account to another

Hi, we have an articulate license for our project in the UW. We want to create new slots under our license to bring users from another part of the UW into our team. They already log in to Articulate with another license and will want to login with the same email address and password (it's a large organization so their email won't change). When this transfer happens will any old information or projects be associated with their email or login? Or will it be lost because the old login email, even if identical, was associated with another account?

Thanks for reaching out! 

Articulate content is tied to a user's Articulate ID, so if you bring in new users to your join your team, they'll be bringing all of the online content that they created under their account along with them. 

Here's a helpful article which explains what happens to a user's content when they are removed from a team, so you'll know what to expect when you decide to transfer them to another team.
