Browser Issues for Storyline 2 and 360

Hi everyone,

We provide training statewide for law enforcement. We use Storyline 2 and have recently updated to 360. One of the biggest issues we have seen is that sometimes the program will not load/progress correctly for our learners. We have thousands of people from hundreds of agencies hitting our website and linking into our training. We found a fix for Chrome in the flash settings, but no such luck in Internet Explorer. The main issues reported are that text doesn't display, more specifically on quiz slides. Learners can see the selection dots, but no text. Sometimes it isn't on quiz slides, just random places throughout.

Has anybody else experienced this? Were you able to identify the problem and fix it? They work on our end so I assume is may be browser settings/restrictions at different agencies, but if they can see the slide, it doesn't make sense that just the text would be missing.
