Hey there, Tess! Strange that it suddenly stopped working for you! Did you publish the project with HTML5 or Flash? Are you using a supported browser to view the published content? Are you able to share a screenshot of what you see when it stops working?
I am publishing with HTML 5 with Flash backup. I tried it in Chrome; Firefox and Edge. They all used to work. The circle spins and then the window is blank.
It seems to be the same issue that you mentioned over here as well. I just wanted to confirm, it's only in Articulate Review that it's not working correctly for you? Did you test uploading it to any other environments such as a web server or LMS? I am taking a look at your file in the other forum as well right now.
Just an update, while I was reporting this to our team I also tested it on my web server. That one worked fine. So although the Engage interaction won't appear as a part of Articulate 360 Review it should play fine once loaded into your web server or LMS.
No problem Tess - were you able to test uploading the entire Storyline with Engage to your website? Did that one work? Just wanted to confirm you had some way of viewing it currently while our team continues to investigate the issue within Review.
This same problem is happening to me when I publish to our LMS. Once I navigate to an Engage slide it freezes. I have to close the course and start it again for it to work. Any help would be appreciated. This course will need to be used by executive staff in a few weeks.
Are you using Engage slides inside Storyline? How did you insert them (using the built in import method, or linking as a web object)? Also do you know which version of Storyline and Engage you're using? Could we get a look at the .story file?
Also, can you share what browser you're using to view the output?
I wanted to follow up here as our team let us know that following the steps here for the Engage interactions, allowed them to be updated and publish to Review and web/LMS:
Embedded Engage interactions will work in Flash output as before. If you want to take advantage of new HTML5 support for embedded interactions, just click Edit in Engageon the Storyline 360 ribbon for each interaction, then click Save and Return to Storyline on the Engage 360 ribbon.
Can you let me know if you're able to test that on your courses?

It works fine on my website. But I really need it to work in Review for our customers.
Oops. Thank you!

I was able to test. It works great. Loving 360.

Both 360. I imported the Engage slides though Storyline. I am testing the courses on my iPad air with Safari and Chrome.
Hi there Joshuua,
I just responded to the new thread you started over here. I wanted to share that link for anyone who may be following along. :)
