Are you seeing this happen in a learning management system? If so, try also testing it in SCORM Cloud. That'll tell us whether the problem is related to your file or the LMS itself.
If the file is hosted on a web server, can you share the link here?
Sorry for late reply but we seem to be having this issue still but with a different course. This is happening both internally and externally on an LMS.
Are you still only seeing this on IE10? Also you mentioned internally and externally - were you able to test on SCORM Cloud? That'll help us narrow down if it's Storyline + IE10 or IE10 + the LMS, or all of the above. If you can't upload there I'm happy to help - just share a copy of your .story file with me here and I'll publish for LMS to upload there.
I don't see any additional info from Jordan, so I'm not sure that this has been narrowed down further. You mentioned upgrading a file, so it sounds like a brand new file created in SL360 works as expected? Have you also tested in SCORM Cloud?
If you want to share those files here I'm happy to take a look as well!

Hi Jordan, thanks for your question! What version of Storyline are you using?
Hey Alyssa, I'm using Storyline 360 - latest update.

Hi Jordan,
No worries - we're still always here.

Hi,
I too am experiencing this problem in IE10. Did this get explored any further?
We think this bug may be linked with upgrading a storyline 2 file to 360.
Cheers
