Bug in Storyline Menu?

I've got a course with quiz questions spread throughout the content.

Completing a quiz question leaves the corresponding Menu item white indicating "not visited". Green indicates "visited".

Is this the expected behavior or should the menu item turn green as the preceding items?

Hi Sam! This is not something that I'm aware of and I cannot seem to re-create it. Would you be willing to share your file? If you cannot do so in the forums, please submit it to us here so that we can have a look.

Wow! And I can't create a 4 slide .story file that doesn't do this using the default Storyline player.

I've attached the 4 slide demo. Publish this and let us know if the quiz question appears visited in the Menu.

Thank you for the file Sam. That clarified your issue to me and I was able to duplicate your issue (difference was in the use of a question bank). This issue has been reported to our Quality Assurance Team to review and we will keep you updated as we get more information.
