Bug in Storyline Triggers?

I have found what I believe may be a bug in Storyline triggers. I'm wondering if anybody else has experienced it.
I created a trigger to let the user know if they have not clicked on all buttons on a slide. The trigger takes them to a "reminder" slide if Button 1, OR Button 2, OR, Button 3 IS NOT = Visited.
The trigger seems to work, but if I reopen it to edit I find that the condition has changed from "OR" to "AND" - even though it still shows as "OR" in the trigger pane. See screenshot below.
The funny part is, if I go back in, change the operator back to "OR," and save, it seems to stick! At least for the moment, anyway.

This was fixed in a previous update of Storyline 2 - and now we're on update 9. Do you know what update you're currently using? You can download the latest update and review the release notes of all the fixes here.
