Error: Menu Tab Getting Cut Off

Hey all,

I have a SL3 file that was working fine before, but after adding some additional content, the "menu" tab on the left handside of the player is getting cut off. Older versions of the same file with the same player were fine. I've tried removing the logo attachment, changing out the player for a different style, changing my online folder location, collapsing the menu items, and publishing from a copy of the problematic file. Nothing seems to work.

Any idea what would cause this kind of bug? I've attached a couple screenshots below detailing the problem (content/ menu items are intentionally blacked out).
