I'm hoping if this is something widely seen or just with me. I recently published a module that has video and it's currently returning the green square block. It's only happening in Chrome (version 79.0.3945.130).
What version of Storyline was used to publish the course? You can find this detail by clicking on the Help tab, then About Storyline.
Are you also comfortable with attaching the .story file in your reply to this discussion? If there is private material, you can use this link to upload the course for our Engineers. Either way, we'll delete the file after troubleshooting in Chrome 79!
