So I have a MacBook Pro Retina Display and I'm running Windows 8.1 using parallels. I recently downloaded a trial version of Storyline to see if it works well enough. I keep getting these distorted characters. (See attached image) I've done a search and followed the recommended guidelines to disable the sharing. However this doesn't appear to effect anything. Does anyone have any ideas?

You need to set the DPI setting to 96
