I have attached the diagram that I need to make interactive to this post. When you click on the numbers, information needs to be displayed describing correct ergonomics associated with the body part. I was planning on just making separate layers for each number. Has anyone made something similar or have any suggestions on how I should do this?

Layers could work in Storyline, but it would be even quicker and easier to use Markers.

You could also consider building this out in Rise and using labelled graphic lesson or block.
