I know there are bullet editing issues with Storyline 1 but this is interesting.
The bullets look correct in the working view but when I publish they look like clocks. I have retyped all the text in Storyline to be sure I didn't drag anything over from word and I finally had to create shapes as bullets.
I am also befuddled why it started showing up now. It has been fine for the couple of months since the last update.
I've just seen this issue a few times today with other users, so I'd like to get you working right away with our Support Engineers. Can you connect with them here and share a copy of your .story and a copy of the published output zipped folder?
