Thanks for reaching out and letting us know what you are running into with your project.
With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
I am having the same issue. Actually, the button WILL display if placed in the middle of the video (which I don't want)...but it won't display if placed in the lower right corner. Has there been a resolution?
I was able to take a look at the conversation Sabi had with our support team.
It looks like we were unable to recreate the issue and updating the software was the solution.

Thanks, Leslie. I did submit a case. I gave up and published to Review 360 and told my colleagues that the button wasn't ready yet. They took a look and told me they could see the button just fine (actually there are about 6 of these buttons in the course, so it's not just a one off). We are all using Chrome. Not a super-emergency at the moment but it would be nice to figure this out to save others from spending time on it.

Hi Jill,
Thanks for letting me know that you were able to reach out to the support team.
I see that Chino has reached out to you, so I've shared your additional response with him so you can continue working together on this.
