We added triggers and variables to our e-learning courses that enable this functionality:
If the user fails the quiz once, they can retake it;
If the user fails the quiz a second time, they are locked out from retaking it until they've reviewed the course.
This works fine when tested on desktop. However, when testing on mobile, the "Retry course" button fails to pop up. I'm using an iPhone and Safari. Can someone please advise on what we may be missing?
I will gladly send the file to a staff member or hero but hesitate to post here due to branding.
