I've been working on a program for several days and now all of a sudden a few of the buttons are not showing the layer as triggered? I thought I was all set to go ?!? The slide have 12 layers but shouldn't it be able to handle that?
The number of layers on your slide is not the issue. Maybe the order of triggers has changed or some condition is not met to show the layers? There are all kinds of possible causes. If you can upload your file (or a portion of it) here, someone can have a look and see what's going on.
The weird thing about this bug is that it only happening with one of our testers. (We are LMS testing at this time). She has cleared her cache but it still is happening?
Here is our file. It is slide 1.24 Head to Toe, the more info button on the chest popup and the abdomen popup, the trigger is sometimes delayed when playing the LMS published version on a laptop. I've tried uploading the project files as well as the LMS published file but it does not seem to upload. any suggestions?
I tested your file in SCORM cloud and didn't experience any delays (tested in IE11). I wonder though if simplifying your file may help with consistency. For example, you duplicate the hotspots from the baselayer (e.g. Neck, Abdomen, etc.) on every layer. You could just remove them from all the layers, unselect the 'Hide objects on baselayer' option in the layer properties and the slide would still work as before.
If it's only occurring with one users, you'll also want to see if there is anything different about how that user is accessing the course. Possible items to look into are the browser used and Flash version, and if possible I'd have the user try it in a new browser to see if the problem persists. As Michael mentioned he tested it at SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard testing method for SCORM content (it also allows for a free account), and you may want to try uploading the course there and share that version with the particular user.

Thanks, I will try simplifying the layers and see if that helps. We have not been able to recreate the issue today.
Hi Kathleen,
