You found an odd Storyline-ism:) By hiding half of the objects on the slide, I was able to narrow the problem down to group 2. The text box within that group is causing the slide not to load. You might want to submit a help desk ticket.
The combination of that particular text box in the group and the wipe is causing the slide to hang on load. If you ungroup the object that starts with "Good Afternoon" then copy the text and delete the text box, then paste the text into the callout shape, you should be able to apply the same animation to the shape without needing the group. This cleared up the freeze for me.

If you ungroup the speech bubble on the left and add the text into the bubble itself then apply your wipe, it will fix the issue.
I am so sorry but which speech bubble? and apply your wipe- what does that mean?
