I have a set of 3 buttons. The buttons change their states upon double click by default. It is by design. How can I edit state change functionality of button with single click?
Possibly with triggers. What type of state are you trying to call, exactly? Single-click will usually call the "Selected" state, but if you're using a custom state you could remove that state and then trigger the state you'd like to use.
